• Delivery address is unreachable or incorrect

• High-risk / fraud activity is detected

• Minor color variations due to lighting/screen difference are normal

• Sizes may vary slightly due to stitching or fabric stretch

• Photography is for representation; actual look may vary slightly

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping Policy.

• Remote regions may have a delivery fee

• Almost all orders are shipped through Air Cargo for faster delivery

• Delivery timelines vary by location

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, festivals, or natural events

Incorrect address or failed COD verification may lead to cancellation.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Returns are accepted within 7 days for eligible issues:

• Wrong product delivered

• Damaged item

• Major quality defects

Returns must pass a quality check before refund or replacement.
Refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer only.
Used, washed, or worn items cannot be returned.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can only be cancelled before shipping.
If the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
COD refusal may result in blocking COD for future orders.

9. COD TERMS

COD is available only in eligible pin codes.
Remote states (NE/J&K/Andaman) are prepaid only.
Refusing COD orders repeatedly may lead to account restrictions.
