If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
✔ Wrong product received
✔ Damaged product received
✔ Major print or color defect
✔ Defective stitching or quality issue
To maintain hygiene & quality standards, we do NOT accept returns for:
Used or washed products
Items with perfume/smell/ stains
Size mismatch after opening the package
Minor color difference due to lighting/screen
Customer dislike of pattern/print
Products without original packaging
Damage caused by improper washing
Bedsheets and pillows are hygiene-sensitive items; hence strict QC rules apply.
After the product reaches us:
Quality Check (24–48 hours)
Our QC team inspects the product for usage, washing, damage, and packaging condition.
Return Approval
If approved → refund or replacement will be initiated.
Return Rejection
If QC fails (e.g., item used/washed/damaged):
Product will be sent back to you
No refund will be issued
Refunds are processed within 2–5 working days after QC approval.
UPI (Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm)
Bank Transfer (NEFT / IMPS)
For COD orders, refund will NOT be in cash.
Refund is issued only to UPI or bank account provided by customer.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
We offer free replacement for:
Wrong item shipped
Damaged product
Quality problems
Missing pillow covers
Replacement is subject to availability.
If the same design is not available, you may select another design of equal value or request a refund.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped (air or surface), cancellation is not possible.
Refusing COD delivery may block future COD orders.
Return pickup is available in most locations.
If pickup service is unavailable in your pincode, customer may need to courier the product back to us.
Pickup/courier charges are fully refundable ONLY if the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product).
Returned item must be in:
Original packaging
Unused condition
Without stains or washing marks
Folded properly like received
With pillow covers included (if applicable)
Missing pillow covers will reduce refundable amount.
Returns are accepted only for genuine issues.
Replacement shipping timelines may be longer.
COD is not available in these regions.
