• Please choose Cash on Delivery (COD) only if you are sure to accept the order. Refusing COD parcels just for fun is treated as a cybercrime.
• COD is available only within India. For international orders, we accept prepaid payments only.
  
• Open delivery is not allowed. Every parcel is securely sealed and insured, so it can only be opened after full payment.
  
• Card payments are not accepted at the time of COD delivery. If you wish to pay by card, please use our online payment options.

We offer a 7-day return policy. If more than 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange. The 7-day period is counted from the date of delivery to your address.
