If your order doesn’t arrive within 7–10 days, kindly email us with your details and we’ll resolve it at the earliest.

Please choose Cash on Delivery (COD) only if you are sure to accept the order. Refusing COD parcels just for fun is treated as a cybercrime.
COD is available only within India. For international orders, we accept prepaid payments only.
Open delivery is not allowed. Every parcel is securely sealed and insured, so it can only be opened after full payment.
Card payments are not accepted at the time of COD delivery. If you wish to pay by card, please use our online payment options.

We offer a 7-day return policy. If more than 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange. The 7-day period is counted from the date of delivery to your address.
