Shipping Details

We know timely delivery matters, so we dispatch most products within 24–48 hours using trusted courier partners.

Delivery time depends on your location. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details and an estimated delivery date.

If your order doesn’t arrive within 7–10 days, kindly email us with your details and we’ll resolve it at the earliest.

Please choose Cash on Delivery (COD) only if you are sure to accept the order. Refusing COD parcels just for fun is treated as a cybercrime.
COD is available only within India. For international orders, we accept prepaid payments only.
Open delivery is not allowed. Every parcel is securely sealed and insured, so it can only be opened after full payment.
Card payments are not accepted at the time of COD delivery. If you wish to pay by card, please use our online payment options.

We offer a 7-day return policy. If more than 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange. The 7-day period is counted from the date of delivery to your address.

Returning is simple. Just contact us at support@softonindia.com or Call/WhatsApp us at +91-9227293333. We will ask for photos of the invoice and the product(s) to start the process.

Our courier partner will schedule a pickup from your address. Before handing over, please take a clear photo of the sealed return package with the courier person.
